when changing a used turbo, does it need repriming with oil when putting it on another car, and when putting on a new turbo, does it have to be primed with oil when installed or just crank the car and let oil get circulating.thanks

A couple of squirts with an oil can after bolting on the drain tube and before attaching the oil feed line isn't a bad idea, but probably not necessary.

Once you start the car at idle fresh oil gets to the turbo very quickly.
