If you are going to throw out the old couplers slice them with a razor knife and peel them off. If you want to try and save them, slide a small flat blade screwdriver in and work around to separate the rubber from the metal. Don't pry, you can distort the pipes or crack and break chunks out of the throttle body and turbo. Use a little penetrating oil to help. Don't spray oil in the maf, that will contaminate it. You will also have to unbolt the intercooler to install the turbo to intercooler coupler if you are still running a SLIC.
