Yeah the FP raises as i drive the car whether its in boost or not so that should be ok. I am gonna try runnin the old chip and see what happens

uped the FP by about 9-10psi and not alot changed so i am gonna swap chips first thing in the A.M. and see if nething new happens

Had to do a 240 hook up on a hot tub for a buddy so this weekend got busy. Havent had a chance to do the swap yet but hopefully I will be able to do it tonight and do a test run see whats goin on I will let you guys know as soon as I do. Keep you fingers crossed!!

So im guessing that my chip is bad because I could get no boost without knock on it. So I swapped my OEM chip back in and hit 15psi no knock one time and the rest of the time I can about 10psi no problems. So I need to call Eric tommorrow and see if he can get me a new one. The only thing is now sometiems when I let off after about 10psi it knocks a little comin back down but I assume that is not a huge deal?

You need to pull one of your injectors to get the # off of it to make sure what they are, It might be the chip was burned for the wrong injectors since your not sure what they are.

This is the number off the injector 0 280 150 218 which comes up as a stock 28.5# injector according to Gnttype. On my chip it says 28# on the label along with 23/21 for timing and alcohol. So maybe my chip got damaged in the mail? Like Eric was saying with the x-ray mail machines maybe? I dunno. I will def post what he says and I should find out today. What do you think about me showing a little knock when I let off the gas after about 10psi of boost? No knock up until than but when I let the gas out it kncoks a little...

Maybe the rocking of the block is causing something to hit when you get out of it.

Bad motor mounts? How do I test them?

One dangerous way I test this is pop the hold, so you can see the top of the motor while in driver seat. Start car, put on ebrake, and foot brake, then build some boost at a stand still. See if you notice the motor pitching to the side when you do this, and does it then DROP down on the mounts when you let off.

Also, have you tried a known good knock sensor from a buddies car, just to make sure yours is not wigging out. And did you torque it down to the correct torque seting (check the OEM specs for a good number)

It certainly is a booger to track something like this down, but try one item at a time to see if you get any improvement from any changes. But I am sure that is what you are doing.

Good luck..I hope you've already found the problem.
