I bought a 5 gal container at Sherwin Williams and it was $27. Ace is about the same price down here.

A friend from NRH gets his from Dalden Chemical up there. I'll get a price for you.

I called all the paint stores in my phone book and the best price was about $27 plus tax.

One store owner recommended looking in the yellow pages under "solvents". YOu may find a cheaper source in a solvent wholesaler, who knows? :)

1.Get an account ( anybody can do this)
2.Tell them you got it for $22.60 out the door at there other store.
3.They are willing to deal with you especialy if you get an account with them first.

I went from $38 for 5 GAl. to $22.60 OTD :eek:
 
$20-23 per 5 gallon container at my local MAB Paint store. Didn't need any account either. I bought two :)

YOU MUST BE HAVING A SLOW DAY OR SOMETHIN'. WHERE TO PURCHASE ZYLENE CHEAP DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ALCHOHOL, NITROUS, OR PROPANE. :rolleyes:

So where would I ask about finding race gas?
I guess I could ask here and it would fall under the "xylene explaination." Or should I ask in the "Drag Tech" sections considering it is used for drag racing and could be considered a technique. But then again, if I asked where to get it in my area, I probably would be best to ask in my local area section. Hmmm, in actuallity, I already asked this in the Non-Tech section a while ago and it never got moved so I guess that I answered my own question??

Everywhere I go it seems to be in the $8 to $9 a gallon range. How the hell you guys getting it sooooo cheap??????
:confused: At that price it isn't worth mixing when it comes out to the same price for 105 Turbo Blue unleaded per gallon????:rolleyes:

GOOD THING YOU BOUGHT TWO. I JUST WENT TO A LOCAL MAB AND THEY HIT ME WITH $42. :eek: I DIDN'T BOTHER TO ARGUE. I JUST PASSED. YOU MUST JUST LIVE RIGHT. :mad:

And I have an account because I have the proof that I get it for that price Sooooooo, next time I purchace zylene at local Sherwin Williams, I dont have to argue.........$22.60 for 5 Gal.
