Naw, i think I'll leave it that pretty aluminum color :tongue: You know these aluminum blocks are rated for 3000hp but I'll settle for 1200. :biggrin: I just hope it runs 9's....Jeff's stock 109 block ran well. :tongue: Tonight was a blast. Tell all the pervs in the LBC to get out of the house on a Fri night and go to the races!

BTW- Guess what the FedEx note on my door said tonight?

i think i have more runs in my GN down the 1/4 mile in the 9 years i have own it, then you have in all your cars on your signature over your 80+ years of living ...

Every weds and friday night back home , PLUS all 5 different buick events weekends up and down the east coast...

I can't remember how many times I've ran the 1/4 mi,
but I have raced at Lions, Fontana ( old drag strip) Ontario( old race way), Orange county, Pomona, Palmdale, Bakersfield, theres probably more, but old age makes me forget,
I have ran 10 sec motorcycles, 9 sec nova, even drove a fuel altered, on nitro,( super nanook) it had 7 sec capability, but not with me in it!
I'm not questioning your desire, or ability, just wondering IF you really have a GN???

Go easy on the kids Lee. I've found they get a little upset when you make fun of them on their own post. It takes them at least a day to contemplate a retort so I've learned to give them time Yes, the twin turbo setup is on the way along with the 160lb injectors. Did I mention I'll be switching to methanol for fuel?

i think it was towards me :redface: ... lets see the tracks i raced at...
Atco, Englishtown, Maple Grove, MIR, 75-80, Masion Dixon, Cecil County, Captial raceway and 2 tracks in GA.. i too have ran (and still do ride) a 10 sec motorcycle. i don't know anyone cool to let me drive a nitro car , but i did drive down the 1/4 my freinds 9 sec Supra and his Skyline GTR..

i still do and have a GN (i think) ..

Cruz 1st off i never lied saying my GN was fast, yes it is capable of going fast and the way it is its plenty fast to get me in trouble and get it sideways on city streets, please do me a favor and look up the work capable in the dictionary you may need to find the meaning of it to understand it, the thing is i am not going to run the crap of my car just to satisfy a few hardcore and wanna be racers that my car can Run 11's and in the process leave the crank or trannie on the track like someone I know once you understand that I enjoy my car the car it is, and didnt buy it to turn it into a drag car but instead bought for the History and what the car is You will know what i mean by owning something that looks nice, will beat almost 90% of the cars that on the streets and its a pleasure to drive will the AC at FULL blast.

Obviously you completely misunderstood my quote and my signature , as for Scots there is no envy, fear or jealousy maybe, you should be asking him that question not me, also here lies the question (how far is too far when pushing this motors, i rather not find out and keep it all in one piece. I never put his car down all i said was that anybody can put a powerful motor on a skate board and make it go fast thats all. and if he breaks it in the process, thank god is him not me doing it.

I'm out of power for the 3rd day! Living in the dark because of the storm on the east. I'm completly burnt out and crazy in the head from trying to sleep on a concrete floor at work. Running on batteries. Sorry about the mis-spelling.
