Chip Identity?

In the T I just bought I checked the chip out It said 36lbs/93. It has no vendor name on it just a lime green dot. Would anyone recall who used a green dot on thier chips? Jay C? Joe Lube? any other?

Not done be me....my chips for 93 are White Oval or Round stickers, & Race are Round Orange stickers.
