You asked for a good chip burner, but I'll chime in anyway:
Turbo size, cam size, head flow, throttle body size, air filter setup (cold air kit or not), converter stall, fuel octane, relative cliamate (some cars respond differently in cold or hot weather) MAF (translator or not), alky or not, 7th injector or not. I'm probably missing something, but thats an idea.
For me to get a chip realllly perfect, I need a direct scan file of a baseline chip, idle, part throttle and WOT thru third if possible. Then I can usually get it balls on.
Guys like Joe, Jay and TurboBob probably get em dead on in one shot.
