It takes him a little time to reply lately because he is moving to a larger place. He will reply just give him some time. I email him alot also but he always replys. I know one night his wife sent me an email to let me know she was printing out my questions from an email I sent him so he could answer them and send me a reply. Just give him sometime since he is so busy moving. He is a great guy and will help you. The first time I talked to Chris on the phone I knew this guy knew his stuff. He helped me with a problem from vendor x parts and now I will only buy stuff from him because he is a stand up kind of guy!!!

the last one we recieved was about a drum .if it was something different than i didnt get it.our phones are working fine so if youd like to call ill be in all day 8 to 6 est or give me your number and ill call you.
