CK Shift kit instructions. Anyone have them handy.

I had 2 of Chris' kits, one with the transbrake which I installed in my car and the other without. They were the older kits with the factory separator plate marked with an "x". I am giving the kit I did not use to a buddy but I don't have any instructions. Anyone have them in a format they could email please. I had them on my old computer but it has since crashed. If so could you please send to j_panagakos@rogers.com
