Need some help, I dont have a GN, but I was hoping someone would be able to help anyway, I have had to to rumage at the yard to find a replacment front and rear bumper, found some in pretty good condition, but they have paint on them, not totally painted, got paint spackles on them...how can I get it off without sctaching up or damaging the chrome????? thanks for the help...

in the case of pitting, I have used 000 steel wool first. Just be careful not to stray

To finish the job, go the local autoparts store and get a bottle of Turtle Wax Chrome Polish. It's in a 12 oz white bottle. It's cheap and works very well. I have used it for years.
