Up here near Rio Rancho it's not uncommon to have the wind blow 30+ MPH, which makes for a nice dust storm, and anyone that has ever used Armor All (Or a variation, BackToBlack, 2001, TireWet, Etc.....) Knows that these leave a nice layer of Grease, the shinier the more it attracts dust. What do you all use to clean off this layer of greasy dirt before applying new tire dressing????

Is the bleach white safe for non-clearcoated aluminum? Both my Weld Draglites and the GNX (GTA) rims are bare. I've seen the bleach white, just didn't know how safe it was.

Greased Lightning---- takes it down to bare rubber with little to no scrubbing. Just hose it off after 2-3 minutes. Don't let it sit on your rims though. Wish I would have invested in that company when I first heard about it! (cleans your engine also)
Tire wax works great for a dressing(Turtle Wax, Armor All)

I'd skip any of those harsh cleaners with aluminum rims. Sucks when they get marked up by those cleaners. Just sqirt some dish detergent directly on a soaked sponge and wash the buildup of dirt and silicone off. ;)

i dont use armor all, the stuff i use is by a company Malco, its thick enough that when its dusty/dirty i just wape it down and the tires are still shiney as when i put the stuff on
