CODE 51 ON SCANMASTER

My 87 GN with 57K miles, standard bolt on's including alky with a matching TT chip, started running really rough, barely idled. Let the car sit while I had some lunch, returned, started her up and all was fine.

Couple days later same thing, i.e. code 51, rough idle. Anyone have something similar occur and what was the cause/remedy?

I haven't touched the ECM in a long time as everything worked fine. Thanks for the direction.

Make sure the chip is fully seated.
