I have a 1984 T-Type with a stock coil pack.
I have a cheap multimeter and checked the numbers at
the coil pack towers.
Cool engine--Drivers side 12.64
Center 12.67
Passenger side 12.71
These had some fluctuation
Hot engine--Drivers side 13.20
Center 13.15
Passenger Side 13.32
These had some fluctuation
After engine had been hot and car had sat for
approximately 1 hour--Drivers side 13.69-13.96
Center 13.50-14.06
Passenger side 13.64-14.00
As you can see, after 1 hour there was quite a bit of
fluctuation.
Do these numbers indicate anything about the condition
of the pack?
