The car idles like crap at cold start when it's warm and I play around with the idle screw it only sounds good at 1100-1200 rpm anything under 1000 car begins to stumble and will eventually die unless I feather the throttle
Scanmaster readings:
02: 19
Af: 07
Bl: 128
Clt: 117
Rpm: 800
Tps: .42
Iac: 50-15
Then it dies
I appreciate any help thanks

That's not right.

Though, if you're dying at idle, it's either not getting air, or getting starved for fuel. Either by a massive vacuum leak, bad iac, or fuel pressure. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge by chance? How about an adjustable fuel pressure regulator? Can you do the iac/tps reset thingy? Or have you already done that. What's the condition of your fuel pump/injectors?

Got new injectors new fp walbro with Hotwire accufab adj & pressure is ok iac brand new ac delco the only thing I haven't done is the iac reset thing, does it really help? All of my vac lines are new and connected correctly last night at operating temp I got the car to idle smoother but the iac still reads 00 the tps .42 idle around 900-1050

You might need to go onto GN ttype. Org and read through the thread about resetting iac, setting the tps , and the setting the minimum air screw. Sounds like your settings may be all fudged up.
What I did once was bought a pack of vacuum caps and blocked off all hard vacuum lines coming off vacuum block except fpr and pcv(Cruise control, egr, hvac controls,Hobbs switch)and see if it will run. That will rule out vacuum leak from somewhere that may be harder to find.

Try pulling off the up pipe and seeing how open your throttle blade is open with the car off. It should be basically closed. If it is open, your minimum air screw is not adjusted properly or it's hanging up on something like your cruise control cable(mine did that)
If it's open, back off minimum air screw to close your throttle blade, then put key forward and adjust your tps sensor til it reads .42 and start it up and see where it's at. Remember it take ECM a bit to learn and adjust to new setting so give it a minute

Yep. Your shit isn't adjusted. Squared it away and report back.

and if your 02 is stuck on .019 when warm, you need a new one. and not a Bosch. Get a Denso.

If you're running a TT chip, idle should be around 875 neighborhood, with a smooth idle, between a .40 & .46 idle tps, and at least I think 4.40 tps at wot. (key on engine off of course) The one thing a lot of those tps/iac pages don't have is where your idle air adjustment screw should be before kickin' this entire procedure off. There should be approx. two threads worth of exposure on the screw on the front side of the car (the opposite end of the screw with the spring on it for clarification) Start there, THEN begin the iac/reset procedure. Iac should be around 10-40, but usually the closer to ten the better. (according to the threads on this website)
Start with 43 psi line off, but don't be afraid of turning that AFPR screw in or out a bit to make fine adjustments. Your fuel pressure gauge isn't dead nuts on +/- 0 psi. It could be off, so if you think it's 43 it could be 47, and turning the pressure down a bit may not be adjusting it, it may be just putting it to 43 where it needs to be in the first place lol. Just know, that adjusting the pressure regulator for idle quality doesn't always make noticeable changes. Mine doesn't. When you get it to where you think it's close, drive her around the block first, before finalizing anything. Also check your pcv lol. Mine was sucking 24/7 and jacking all SORTS of stuff up.

Hey fellas, I just wanna again thank everyone that helped with this issue. I finally got it right the car is pretty much dialed in, after dealing with this I understand why most shops run from these cars GNs take time and at this point no two cars are alike
