Collapsed stock motor mount

The motor mount on passenger side is collapsed the rubber is tight up against the bolts that hold the motor mount to the block. I can't get a socket on to remove the bolts. Any suggestions?

Cut away the rubber for clearance, Clarence.

I was thinking of that. Any suggestions on what to use or how to do it? Very tight quarters as I am sure you know. The rubber is like rock hard.

brand new razor blade, be careful. possibly several since they will dull quickly.

And replace with HR motor mounts!

Thanks for the replies. I got it off by slicing away with the razor blade. I was very surprised how easy it actually was. New mounts are installed. Yay! Thanks again you guys and this site are awesome!
