It says I should keep it at 2000 rpm for 30 minutes.
Should I change the oil after this period or drive it around for about 100 miles then change the oil?
After the 30 minute break-in period, how long should I wait before getting the rpms up?

Thanks, James.

I let the guys who put my engine back in break mine in. After that I drove it home (less than 10 miles) then changed the oil. I think the old way of doing it is to drive the car no more than 55 mph for the first 500 miles. That's what i'm going to do anyways. I chose the 206/206 with the 980 springs.

use EOS- engine oil supplement - and change oil after initial break in and then again at 1000 miles is what s worked for me.
