i just received my new turbo today and pf course was so excited i had to open up and take a look. its a brand new te-44 made by Precision turbo and lemme just tell you it looks beutiful, a quality piece. BUT...the only problem i have is with one of the compressor wheel blades which seems to have a scratch on it that leads from about center of the blade and comes out to the edge. right where it meets the edge of the blade if your rub your finger lightly on it there is a burr or a slight spot where theres a rough little piece of metal sitcking out. all the other blades are smooth so no complaints. is this something that willl hinder performance?? its small dont get me wrong i just wasnt sure how much of a concern this would be in terms of turbo effiecency. im thinking its not ap problem i just thought id ask because it right on the edge of the compressor wheel blade. thanks for you input!
