Confusion on 3800, S/C to Turbo

i am looking to purchase a 3800 S/C for a project regal, a 81 w/ cheby 350 i just got on the 4th of January. i was looking to yank the anchor and do a GNX tribute car, front cap swap as well as vents, trim, and flares. my main issue is, what all should i need in order to make this swap as perfect as possible? i thought the general consensus was, remove supercharger, ad 3800 N/A or GN intake and i/c and 'WHALLA' instant gratification! but to my dismay i haven't been able to find to much info on an actual build of this sort just people who want to or have already done it. Any suggestions?

okays, just to clear it up,

you want to put a 3800 into a 81 buick? there is a thread in the General Tech section called the "Series II GN" that does that.
