I know it's been done, need some info on problem areas.
What I have accumulated: Wiring harness, computer, 86 eng. w/TE-62, stock i.c., 9/11 conv.,s/m, p/l,52# inj,
224/224 flt cam, w/band and a bunch more. Stock headers.
Any info would be helpful.

Someone here turboed a 3.8 4th gen camaro. Wound up running 7.4's (1/8th mile) with a homeade turbo kit

A few years ago, roc87 dropped a GN 109 in a Camaro. Don't remember the year. As I recall, the most difficult part was the electrical. He can chime in here, but he may be out in the wild blue right now...

google it ....I think it was either Hot Rod or GM Hi Po that also ran an article ...I think itt was in a Firebird about the same year.

cool sleeper!

Post up some pics of the progress

If this project gets off the ground, I'll do my best w/pics. At the moment I'm just doing research to see if it would be reasonable or use a different car altogether. The camaro is my dd and I like it, I just prefer the power and ease of use w/the gn computer and block.
BTW, did any of you attend the GS nats this past year? there was a camaro running there. Was wondering if it was gn powered?
Thanks for all the replies.

Thanks Supermario, it's a little far from home, but doesn't look in that bad a state depending on the problem which wasn't stated.

You're welcome, I posted it as kinda a joke / maybe an idea. Its been on craigslist for ever.

Looks like a hack job really.
