Hi Folks, It's been a minute.

Had to remove my upgrades and get my GN back to stock (Turbo, IC, Fuel Regulator, new 02 NTK-Stock) to Pass Cali Smog-Referee; failing as gross polluter as well. Back to "Stock"
BLM is High

I've done as much to bypass potential vacuum/air leak.
1. Gasket on Vacuum Block completely eliminating vacuum throughout the line.
2. Bypassed the Turbo/Intercooler-Direct Pipe from Air Filter-MAF to Throttle Body
Chip: TT 50#, Emmision, ~38 PSI Fuel Pressure

but BLM still High-145 to 157. Any advise is appreciated.

EGR Valve is functional...holds under manual vacuum pump. However, pressing on the diaphragm doesn't seem to cause it to stumble, at least noticeably.
Thinking to adjust my MAF translator to "Rich" but would rather find the cause.

Other Scanmaster Reading:
INT 124 to 133
IAC 43
MAF
TPS.42
RPM 800
ATS 42
CC; Normal incrementing

Upgrades kept:
50# injector
LT1 3" MAF-Translator
Terry H. 3" Downpipe

Upgrades Bypassed; Alky Kit.

Pre turbo/o2 sensor exhaust leak is where I would look next.

Cylinder head to header, cracked headers (common between #3 and #5 cylinder), and the cross over pipe are common areas to leak.

A smoke machine/device is your friend here.

Thanks TurboTGuy.

Smoke Machine from Amazon coming in tomorrow. Should have bought one of these long time ago. Keep you posted. Thx,

MAF reading is missing above

You can increase fueling (get closer to 128 blm) by increasing MAF reading. More MAF = more fuel. Either it’s real from a vacuum leak or unmetered air flow, or it’s not real and the translator settings need to be adjusted to increase the reading.

Is blm high everywhere or just at idle?

Reasonable MAF at low idle is 5 or 6 g/s
If 2-3 then Sumting Wong.

If reasonable MAF and blm is high then the car either isn’t getting the fuel or the O2 reading is a liar. Low fuel pressure, cracked header, defective O2 sensor, injector size incorrect for the chip, etc etc

Thanks BEATAV8 for catching the missing MAF reading.

MAF=05
