Control Arm Bushings

The car has just over 100,000mi on it and its ride quality has totally deteriorated. Im getting new shocks, springs, ball joints, etc, but never thought to replace the control arm bushings. Any thoughts?? Also, If I was to replace them how many control arm bushings are there? 8 front/8 rear right?

might as well replace them now, since things are going to be half way apart.
there are two un each arm- front lower, front upper, rear lower, rear upper.
either go with Delrin, get a poly kit, or order all Moog stock replacements locally.
