converter for TA60...

Which do you think would be the best choice. Engine will be all stock except for MSD 50's, 3" THDP, Razor's Alky, and the TA60.

And when you recommend stall speed for me, should I get refinned 12" or like a 9/11?

My previous combination was similar to yours, unopened engine, TA60, 57lbr's, 3" THDP, Alky Control Kit, but with the Precision Stock location intercooler.

I was able to consistently run about 11.8 @116 with that combination.

My converter was a 10" 3000 rpm stall Pat's converter. Given the opportunity to choose another stall i woud go with a 3200. The car had good street manners and launched well.
