converter not locking

i have a brand new 200r4 and 9.5" lu converter and the converter never locks up. i called lonnie over at extreme automatics where i bought the trans from and the first thing he asked me if i had 12volts to one of the wires of the 4 pin connector at the trans. i don't have power at the trans. all my fuses are good, my brake switch has power and adjusted properly, and my vss works fine. has anyone ever ran into this sort of problem? any help would be really appreciated.

thank you so much for sending me this information. i did get my problem fixed after studying the wiring diagrams. the upper switch on the brake pedal(controls the lock up) wasn't working. put a new one in and now i have lock up and a lot cooler oil temps. thanks again

I Noticed My Converter Wasn't Locking While Driving On The Fwy. Rpms Seemed A Little High While In Od And The Oil Temp Was High.
