I was just wondering but I am about to instal my PT51 with 009 injectors and was wondering if a 3000 stall would be a good stall to go with? I think I read about a 3000-3200 was a good area to stick worund with this turbo.

Would depend also on things such as cam and other bolt ons, but around that 3200 area would be good from what I see here.

go with the smaller than stock size converter .. 9,10 inch etc..3200 stall

a 3200 would work but for going to the track a slightly higher stall would work better ,with lock up of course.our new 10 / 12 design would be a good addition to your combination .

The cam would be stock.

Yeah I was planning on going with like a 3200 9.5 or a 10.

I have a similar combo.

When you say "a 3200 would work but for going to the track a slightly higher stall would work better", do you mean for slicks, street tires or drag radials?

Or does it matter?

I have the Nitto Drag Radials on my daily driver. I only make it to the track once or twice a year.

TIA!:D

I have a PTE51 on the GN.

3000 stall Vigilante '0' pump lockup works just fine.

Almost too high actually.

If you think someday you might get a big turbo then sure go 3200 stall otherwise 3000 is plenty.

I ran it with the stock D5 on my other car the WE4 and it worked okay with quick spool chip and BSTC boost control code.

Can always build plenty of boost quickly with it.
