Converter upgrade worthwhile ?

I tried a ptc 2800 10" lock up. Did not like the feel of it. Went to a pat's 12" lock up and was very happy with how it felt. The 10 flashed too high when you didn't need it on a stock engine.

Yes there 10 inch seems to be a whole different animal.i have a ptc 9.5 and it drives awesome and couples hard up top.

Been considering a converter upgrade on my car. My mods are the basic bolt-ons below.

My 49 spools pretty decent but was wondering how much a converter would wake it up on the low end.

Would a 2800 stall be a worthwhile upgrade ?

with my TA 49 D-5 restall to 3000 10 psi launch on foot brake i hit 1.48 60 fts
