I am not so sure, I talked to Tom from Champion at BG and he said they have done it in past but it's not cheap. I also so think Cal can get it done too but I am not sure what the cost would be. I have picked up few here off the board that were converted any where from 450-650.
If you have someone that can weld aluminum well, then you can buy the bungs and rails on line and have them weld the bungs in. I think welding the bungs in is the hardest part my buddy tried it and melted few bungs out and he had hard time welding the bung all the way around due the tip of the Tig welder.
