convertor lock up?

i dont think my convertor is locking up.
at 35mph rpm 1850
shouldnt it be lower?
another concern is i used to be able to tap the brakes and i could feel the convertor unlock now i don't

all i changed was from the pm to vacum brakes, but i didnt put both pedal sensors back on, i thought one was for the cruise.
do i need to have them both?

you need them both...one controls TCC lockup/unlock

Thanks, hopefully thats what it is...
i went and checked and i left the sensor with the vacuum line on it unhooked, i hooked it backup, now i cant wait till tomorrow to see if it works again..
