convertor woes

hey guys

how can i tell if my convertor is too loose.


The datalogs that i have from a 1/8 mile run shows me that from the first to second gear occurs @ 5400 rpm. The rpm in second gear shows me it dropped to 4800. The second gear to third gear shift occured @ 5250. The rpm dropped to 4800.



so it looks like to me that the convertor bottoms the rpm out @ 4800 rpm.



tell me what you guys think.

What rpm and mph are you seeing the the traps?

i'm not sure of the rpm since the fast don't record the mph


i can send ya the datalog file.

on that datalog file i ran a 7.43@94.29 mph the rpm when i let off the throttle at the end of the run was @5150. I'm sure that was a little farther than just the 1/8 how far i dunno.
