hey guys still cranking on the engine when i ran into this. i need to replace a part #25525280 it is the 2-way heater pipe that goes on the intake to the heater core i bent the hell out of it getting it off it was rusted on. any suggestions? im trying to come up with a way to make my own connections but its tough.

Some AN fittings and hose is all that's needed to make your own connections. I don't think I still have my pipe, but if I do, you can have it.

Who needs a heater in hawaii?
Just cap the sucker off at the manifold and the pump and be done with that.
just a suggestion....unless you are trying to keep it orginal!:D

just got a 1/2 fitting and plugged the manifold. one question though the 3/4 nipple next to the thermostat housing where does that go to again. thanks again guys.

There should be two small outlets on the backside of the pump area...one should have a small "s" bent rubber hose going to the intake manifold right next to the thermostat. the other outlet which comes of the water pump right were the lower radiator hose hooks up should be capped with a rubber cap and clamped...does this clear things up a little?
