Well it appears that some of us have some sort of restriction on our account preventing us from viewing attachments. Perhaps the admin of the forum can look into it.

We certainly aren't doing something wrong as my screeshot at the link above gives an error generated by the forum (the forum is a vbulletin forum) stating that the logged in user hasn't been given permission to access the content.

Same problem here, IE6 or Mozilla logged in as well.

I too have been unable to view pics not only in this section but in other areas in this forum with the same error.

I believe my browser is IE 6.0 too.

WHO CAN see it? Other than admin or mods?
This will let me compare things. So who CAN see them?
