Is It Ok To Tap In The Turbo Cooling Lines To The Cooling Rail On The Right Hand Side Of The Intake Where The Two Napples That Usally Go To The Throttle Body For The Cooling Turbo Hoses To Cool Off Turbo Hope I'M MAKING Sense Just What To Make SurE There Is Water Flow In This Area Thanks.

Yes, there is water flow there. That is where the water cooled ball bearing turbos get their water from.
