Everybody remembers what happened in Cambridge, MA a few weeks ago. The police ask you to do something, YOU DO IT! " This is what happens to black men in America". Remember all of that BS. This video is proof of what will happen if somebody is stupid and doesnt listen to the police. Guess he wont be having a beer with the president. :)

The only problem I see is the Officer waited too long. Should have shot him when he was still on the other side of the barrier, dumped him in the river and saved the taxpayers the burial cost.

as always, concise, to the point and hard to argue with.

I would have shut off the camera first.

What if you are absolutely within your rights to do whatever you're doing? If you can not question authority then we have a police state. Many here have posted videos of people that had their rights violated by questioning the police's actions. I feel the vast majority of police are reasonable if you offer them respect. It's the one's on some power trip that stamp all over people's rights because they feel they above the law. Hopefully none of us get that type person if stopped.

You are going to find out the answer the hard way, I can tell. ;) The time for debate is not on the street, it is in the court. I can assure you every state in the union has this essential premise built right into the law, including federal law. If you do not comply with an order by the police it is called 'interfering with the police.' Interfere and go to jail. Pretty simple, but as usual your poorly formed liberal judgement has left you with the impression that everything is negotiable.

Your right. It makes more sense to follow along and then sue the sheet out of the police dept for violation of your civil rights. Just make sure it's all doctumented.

That's the way the system works, dinglaling.

You do agree the officer was within his rights to shoot, right, and he waited too long to shoot ?

From the start, the officer should have had his revolver on this guy instead of a damn taser. Actually, he should of had his shotgun out. Don't play games when you know the guy is dangerous.

Me personally, I would have sat in the car, radioed for back up and kept my eye him till they got there to help. ;)
