about a 4 hr job (or a good day if you take your time)
remove air dams , bumper (unplug lamp), fillers,
headlamp bezels (disconnect the turn bulb and remove the bolt into fender), battery , emmission canister, air cleaner duct , header panel, fender top brackets , cut zip ties to air box flaps on the bumper struts,
remove ground screw by battery and remove headlamp harness from support
you could leave the air dams attached to bumper just remove the two 10mm from support and loosen the two at fender but you may damage the air dams setting the bumper aside
you could leave fillers bolted to header but you risk breaking them or the header setting header aside,
removing the header the studs may strip out or break . note the metal panel that goes between header and rad support looks like its a separate piece but its part of the header , don't try to remove it from the header panel , besides the screws its epoxied on .
now you can see the rad support and how it will come out
remove the remaining bolts into the support ...three 13mm into each wheelhouse, one on each side into inner fender
remove radiator top plate and fan
pull radiator toward engine at top to get at the two bolts at top that hold the a/c condenser brackets (10mm)
remove the long bolts through the rad support mounts on frame rails (15mm)
if you support the radiator and ac condesor you can leave them hooked up and slide the rad support out
