Coronado speed festival a MUST do!!!!

Hey if anyone was free this weekend and didn’t know what to do, GO to the Coronado speed festival!!!! This is a must do if you like cars. Last year was the first time I have ever gone and I had a blast, I got a hat signed by Vic Edelbrock Jr. and got to stand there and talk to him for about 5 minutes or so. I got up close and got to look at the NO.13 Smoky Yunick trans am car. There was around 13-14 original boss 302 mustang trans am race cars, and they raced all of them!!!! They had a pretty nice little car show and of course they had a bunch of booths set up giving out free stuff. It’s truly a great time, and I am sad that I will be missing it this year

Our car club was planning to bring some cars to that. Is that this weekend?

Yes this weekend. I work close to the area where they will have the event. Yesterday there were a bunch of cars running the autocross course all day...ferraris, porches, bmws and other cars. Sounded pretty wicked hearing them all run. I may stop by there Saturday.
