Correct idling

日本で1987年のブイック・グランドナショナルをすべてしています。日本には専門家がないので、正しい状態がどうなっているのかよくわかりません。アドバイスをいただければ幸いです。
GNのアイドリング回転数が650rpm、675rpm、625rpmの間で周期的に変動します。これは範囲内でお願いします、何か問題がありますか？
スロットルボディとIACバルブの清掃を試みましたが、変化はありませんでした。
運転中も完璧にスムーズに動作します。
エンジンが冷えている時は簡単に始動しますが、温まるとスターターモーターを数秒間回さないで始動しません。これは何か関係があるのでお願いしますか？

I have a complete 1987 Buick Grand National in Japan. There are no experts in Japan, so I'm not sure what the correct condition is. I'd appreciate any advice.
The idle speed of my GN periodically fluctuates between 650 rpm, 675 rpm, and 625 rpm. Please keep this within the range. Is there a problem?
I tried cleaning the throttle body and IAC valve, but there was no change.
It runs perfectly smooth while driving.
The engine starts easily when cold, but when it warms up, it won't start unless I turn the starter motor for a few seconds. Does this have anything to do with it?
