Correct Intake Manifold Bolt Torque?

In looking through old posts to find the correct torque for the intake manifold bolts, I see references to this page:

The above page shows the torque spec as 32 ft-lbs (44 N-m).

However, when I look in the factory service manual, I see that the torque spec is 44 ft-lbs (60 N-m). It's on page 6J-24 for those of you with the manual.

Which is correct?

32 is foot lbs and 44 is Newton meters
