Could this be reason of misfire/rough idle???

Taking a shock from a coil pack is something you don't want to do often.....

Changed plugs and wires...no misfire but still has a rough idle. Could it be a vaccum leak? If so, what would be my next step?

Replace all the vacuum lines, they'er probably originals and all cracked.
