couple ac questions

1st my car misses when I have the ac on, i thought maybe it was a injector or wire, so I stopped to get some injection cleaner. and when I left the auto parts store I had the ac off and noticed no miss, turned it on and there it was.
2nd is the ac compressor suppose to be about 3/4 inch from the up pipe? seams like it will burn out the seals where the hose connects to the compressor.

my belt must be longer cause the bolt that holds the hose end to the compressor is right beside that flange, guess ill put a shorter belt on it and wrap it with header wrap, and freon must be low cause its not blowing cold, maybe the compressor is kicking on and off.
BTW-time to get some new tires, I threw the tread off one of my rears, now gotta clean rubber off the quarter panel.
