NO NO NO I am not turning into one:eek: BUT would like some info for polishing aluminum (NON car related) and wax or whatever for a new black truck. Wash the truck an it has like streaks in it.

well I used a rubbing compound on them a few years ago.. Just wanted to go over them again now. They are not to bad . Still have a pretty good shine to them. Figured there was prob something better (easier) out there that I didn't know about.
..So how about wax or whatever for a black truck

Here is the 86..pics dont really do it justice... sorry

To paraphrase here. Fast and cheap, fast and expensive, slow and great. Pick one Dan.

I will have to give you the number of the guy that thought it was worth a lot more than I did  20,600 miles bone stock.

Said he couldn't find any, so I took him to the warehouse and showed him 3 GNs all under 20k miles and my TTA had 19k on it.

He about chit his pants :p

It is in northern Iowa right now..

Here is the TTA it was sleeping beside:cool:

Sorry Dan back on topic  I bought a MAF pipe from Grumpy for this car!

well need it for tomorrow. :p Advance Auto is suppose to have it .

i use Griots Garage stuff and i love it....i detail quite a few cars every year and im never disappointed

I use Speedy Metal Polish on all types of metal. You need a metal polish for working with metal, not a rubbing compound intended for paint.

Meguires is better:p

Meguiar's NXT 2.0 is a good product that you can buy at pretty much any auto parts store.
