Craig Smith FAST B2B with EDIST?

Ok Craig here is a good one.

I want to use a FAST bank to bank box and install the EDIST box with it.

I know I need to buy the LS1 coils and the EDIST box. What else is needed to make this work?

You shouldn't need anything else. The factory crank sensor will go right to the ECU and the cam sensor will go to the eDist. The coils only need power/ground connections and the control signal from the eDist.

ECU part number 30-117010 (hall-effect crank input) and eDist part number 30-5001 should be all you need from us.

Bruce is running this same setup, I believe. Hopefully he can verify this.

One other thing Reggie, you are aware that we have a system that will control the factory Buick V6 ignition as well, correct? The LS1 coils and the eDist are a neat setup for just about anything but not a requirement at all.

No, Craig I did not know you had something else for Buicks.

I know that the FAST unit will work by itself with the stock CCCI coil packs but we were looking at getting rid of the waste spark system altogether.

Let me know what you have, I am open for suggestions.
