Isn't it amazing that these overseas crooks can figure things like that out but us honest citizens can't figure out how to make a decent living working for ourselves..

Isn't it amazing that a bank would deposit a check and not hold funds until it clears. And then if it clears but later down the road comes back as phony they can STILL hold you responsible? Seems the bank's policy is amiss.
