Pulled motor apart today an bearings an crank are shot. Going to take it to machine shop to see if it can be turned, but if not I'll be needing another crank. Just seeing what's out there. Thanks!!

Prices? Stock and need any machine work? Thanks for posting. Should have mine at machine shop this week so will know if I need one.

One of the 2 has been magged and will turn .010/.020 and the other is out of a pull out with 73K on it and no damage what so ever in the engine so it will either need a polish or .010/.010. Not even a flat cam if that gives you any idea.;) We'll discuss price once you find out if you really need 1 or not.

Just throwing this out their, if you have the motor apart you should really think about building it up, no point in pulling the motor out twice

I'd love to build it up but money is always short lol plus I plan on driving the car daily so want decent fuel mileage.

Same here, I started off with a simple rebuild, slap some paint on it and drive the balls off of it...three months later the body was being pulled off the frame to completely redo everything. Trust me, I know that things can get out of hand very quickly with these cars.

I think this is more common that a lot of people realize. ine was supposed to be a rust repair, body bushings, suspension work, and an engine and tranny.;) Now it a full frame off rustomod. Go figure.:(

I have two other cars that turned into that. My nova took 7 years to completely rebuild. Have a 1960 corvette that is in pieces rebuilding it. So the Buick is just getting motor rebuilt and put back together, the body an paint are good on the car, interior is pretty good just the motor looked pretty bad.
