I have searched this site for a solution with no luck. So here it is.

The blms do not respond to fuel pressure changes.
When ever the cooling fan turns on, the blms climb to 160....then when the fan tuns off, they go back down to around 118 +/- 10.

I have Direct scan and a scanmaster. Both agree that I have the same problem. When the fan is disconected, the blms don't climb.

I have tried swaping chips and the ecm. I also tried turning on the lights, wipers, heater, and rear defrost simultaniously to see if the problem was load related.

In anyone can help, I'd appreciate it greatly!

Thanks, Chad

Open filter, k&n ?? maybe it's disturbing the air flow...I do remember reading something about fans and open filters....

Yeah, I remember reading that too.
Make sure the filter is not in the "air stream" of he fan. AS in ....... move it away behind the head lights.
One of the experts explained that on this board ......... somewhere.

We call it "fan wash" the fan can jump the BLM 10 points in some cases. extend the MAF pipe and move the filter out toward the fender or in fron of the core support
