Cross Counts not changing

What would cause the cross counts to not change. TT Speed Density Chip.

CC, or cross counts are only related to "normal" chips that use the stock type narrowband O2 sensor. Your SD chip does not use a stock O2, so there are no cross counts.
I use the CC position to display closed loop correction on a Scanmaster with the SD chip.
