Greetings all,

After rebuilding my Power Master , My cruise control is not working. The cruise light comes on , but the car just keeps slowing down. So it's not the electronics maybe.

I do have vacuum at the cruise diaphragm, But it is weak. Also there is another vacuum line teed off of that and run's below the fender. If memory serves correct there is a vacuum accumulator there ?

Thank you & Merry Christmas !

Good morning,

There are 2 switches on the brake arm. The one with the vacuum line on it is for cruise control. Make sure it's adjusted tight against the brake arm.

Ah, thank you. That did get moved when I was working on the car. I will check that .

Check both of the brake arm switches. The switch with the vacuum line is for the cruise control and the TCC lockup (power to solenoid).

The other switch is for the brake lights and the cruise control brake switch input to the CC module.
