CS Door Speaker Removal....How?

I just do not want to break anything! How do I access the door speakers? Do I have to take the whole door apart...or is that carpeted "Bump" covering the speaker able to be removed? Many thanks...

THANK YOU! Man...I wish I had this a few weeks back when I was replacing the stock rear speakers with 6x9s.

I read the link you sent...thanks! It just seems weird that those speaker cover bumps do not just come off. The link syas I have to take the whole bottom section of the door off. Hmmmm.....
