Just drove one wow !! I know that most of those things were sold already. I know where a black one is if anyone is interested e-me. they only are making 2000 of them so It will be a collector for sure

Actually they are making close to 4,000 units for 04. I have heard that there will be no order limitations on the 05. The reasons its limited production for 04 is because there is only 5 months left in the model year and it helps build a demand for the car if in the beginning it is hard to get. I'm totally jealous that you got to drive one. Did you get on it? Now i'm getting nervous that everyone at my dealer is going to test drive mine.

Other than checking the mileage on the car, I noticed that the one we have has some wear marks on the brake rotors. They weren't there when it was delivered on the truck, and it sits on the showroom floor during the day. So someone has seen the road in this at night.

ahh relax it's new under warrenty. miles is the best way to check they cannot be rolled back like the old days. a typical car will have 1-9 miles from the factory. if it's over 10 they should include a test vehicle slip in the car.

this one is in md e-me if you want details. and yes it's fast and it handels and it stops and it's bla bla bla on and on.....

oh yeah and the dealer has to drive the car PDI
pre delivery inspection they check fluids, road test,fill up with gas.make sure everything works. yes they are required by GM to do that you would have to sign a saftey waiver.
