If its for an 83 Cutlass than GM doesn't make a plate kit to rebuild it. If my books are right thats a Borg Warner cone clutch and doesn't use plates. Good luck finding a 2 series 7.5/7.625 carrier. Its discontinued from GM.:frown:

Well i called gbodyparts.com and they said that they can get it for me.I will call them tomorrow and ask what they think. Not that i don't beleive u but they just told me that they could get it. I also have a 84 posi is that the same rearend u are talking about cause then i will just swap the parts over.

I found out that it is the cone style pozi and my buddy is putting on a lathe and fixing it for me. Thanks everyone for ur help!!!!
