CZ Valve Body and Govner

Doing my research on valve bodies and I see CZ would be a good choice, but who sells them. Would CZ be a good choice with stock heads and cam? If not which one?

I had a reccent rebuild before I knew about this site and they stuck GOD knows what in my car and now it does not shift right, no matter how much I adjust the TV cable. I think it's the valve body and govner.

Any help would be great.
