i just pulled a tranny out of a big boat they call a delta 88 and it had a d6 converter.
not sure on the stall but im pretty sure they have less stal than a d5

Only if....
It has NEVER been apart. D6 is just the shell. They originally came in anything 2004r or 700r4, 4l60e. They were lower stall from the factory with the exception of the V6 and Corvette. But if it has been cut , you can make anything out of it. So never assume that because it doesnt have a d5 on it that it is crap. All depends on who built it. But from factory thats what they were.
